My work is a sculptor’s exploration of the effects of light and space between colors. By utilizing mesh, gridwork perforated with thousands of tiny openings, both the entryway for light and passageway for color are unlocked. Light waves intensify as they refract and reflect off canvas and thousands of strands of layered, painted mesh.
